Gold County Havanese Rescue, Incorporated Dog Adoption and Foster Home Application.
This application is for applicants who wish to provide foster care to a rescue dog as well as for applicants who wish to adopt a rescue. A nominal adoption fee, not to exceed $200 for males and $300 for females, may apply depending on the circumstances involved in the rescue process. Please fill in this form completely.
